Cebu Pacific to resume Dubai-Manila flights from July 2
Riyadh services continue alongside restored Middle East connectivity
DUBAI – Cebu Pacific (CEB) will resume its Dubai operations on July 2, 2026, following safety assessments and coordination with Dubai airport authorities.
The decision marks the return of its Manila-Dubai-Manila service after a temporary suspension. The airline confirmed that the reinstated route is part of its broader effort to stabilise international connectivity across key Middle Eastern destinations.
Passengers affected by earlier cancellations have been advised that rebooking options are now available through official channels.
Dubai-Manila flight
The Manila-Dubai-Manila route will operate four times weekly under Flight 5J 14/15. Services are scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, restoring a regular link between the two cities.
Cebu Pacific said passengers with previously cancelled bookings may manage or rebook flights through its official booking portal, ensuring smoother access to updated schedules.

Alongside the Dubai resumption, Cebu Pacific continues to operate four weekly Manila-Riyadh flights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Return services from Riyadh to Manila are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The airline reiterated that passenger safety remains its top priority, while encouraging travellers to monitor updates and maintain current contact details for notifications.
